• All visitor details must be provided to Reception in advance, including the number of visitors, their names, and expected arrival and departure times. Visitors are required to leave a valid photo ID with Security.

Loud noise devices are not allowed at the Retreat to protect the privacy and comfort of all guests. Violations are subject to a fine of 3,000,000 VND.

Can i bring professional photographers and make up artists with me?

To maintain a peaceful and professional atmosphere, third-party contractors such as photographers, beauticians, and entertainers are not allowed to visit the Resort.

Do you allow soft drugs?

The use of any (soft) drugs, including whippits or laughing gas canisters, is strictly prohibited at Hanasa Pu Luong Resort. If such use is detected in your room, a fine of 3,000,000 VND will apply, and you will be required to leave the Resort immediately.

We provide a sofa bed (similar to a baby cot) for children under 2 years old, and an extra bed for children aged 2 and above. If you choose to share a bed with a child under 11 yrs, this is considered co-sleeping in the parents’ bed.

Yes, Hanasa offers four swimming pools. The main pool for all guests is located in the central area. Additionally, three bungalows feature their own private pools. Please note that none of the pools are heated during cold weather.
