Resort Property

- No swimming or climbing in restricted areas for safety and environmental reasons – fine: 3,000,000 VND per violation.
- The resort is not liable for accidents resulting from rule violations.
Parking
Guest parking is available 150 meters from the resort.

- Hanasa Puluong Resort is set in a natural landscape with steep hills and flowing waterfalls. Please follow all safety guidelines; failure to do so is at your own risk.
- We are committed to sustainability and protecting the environment. The use of plastic is discouraged, and activities that may harm nature are not allowed.

Terms of Booking & Booking Deposit
By placing a booking with us (the property owner or representative), you (the lead guest) and your party agree to the terms and conditions below. During your stay, you also agree to follow all listed rules. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a booking.
Booking Process
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. The maximum number of guests per room is stated in the room details on our website.
If the person booking is different from the guest staying, the booking person is still responsible for cancellations, no-shows, and damages as outlined.
Only the lead guest and named guests on the booking may use the property and its facilities. Third-party visitors require prior approval.
Payments can be made online or via bank transfer. Any charges incurred due to failed transactions must be reimbursed by the lead guest within 7 days of notice.
All guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of others. We reserve the right to cancel bookings immediately if guests cause disturbance or nuisance to others.
Cancellation, Deposit Refund & No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms depend on the policy applied to your booking. We recommend guests consider travel or cancellation insurance.
In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to refunding any payment already received.
