In alignment with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, we acknowledge the staggering wastage of over 1 billion tons of food globally each year. In response, we meticulously manage our resources, ensuring that surplus food from our restaurants is repurposed as valuable livestock feed within the local communities. To further our commitment to sustainability, we source our food almost exclusively from local farmers and suppliers, ensuring that our culinary offerings are not only delectable but also eco-conscious.
